Predictive maintenance solutions, inc.

When determining critical machinery to include in a predictive maintenance program, consider the following questions:

  • What are the safety issues if the machine has a catastrophic failure?
  • What is the cost (lost production, parts, overtime, personnel discomfort) if machine breaks down?
  • Is it more cost-effective to replace equipment after failure?
  • Are there redundant systems in place in case of failure?

PdMS has over 35 years of experience in vibration analysis. To assist you with project scope, a plant walkdown with a PdMS expert is recommended.
