Rich is the Senior Test Engineer for PdMS, Inc. Rich worked at Public Service Electric and Gas (PSEG) for 33 years prior to retiring in September 2010. He started his career at PSEG as a Test Engineer within their test lab, completing performance testing and NDE testing at all PSEG site, including nuclear facilities. He then moved into Senior Test Engineer role, supporting multiple groups during facility outages and reworks. In 2007, he moved into the Supervising Test Engineer position where he took responsibility of personnel management, support of nuclear refueling outages, master project planning and scheduling. Vibration collection and testing and NDE non-destructive testing were also performed in this job function. He received his BS Engineering from Kean College. Rich is an Associate Member with the Fraternal Order of Police and a Master Mason in Woodstown Lodge.

Bill is the Technical Director for PDMS, Inc. He has over 35 years of experience in the vibration analysis and rotating machinery field. Field experience includes machinery troubleshooting, balancing, alignment, structural analysis, transient testing, and commissioning of rotating equipment. In addition, he has assisted in the establishment of many PdM programs throughout various industries. Before joining PDMS he was with PSEG Power from 1986 to 1999 as a Sr. Test Engineer. In this capacity, he worked at the utility’s Salem and Hope Creek Nuclear generating stations solving rotating equipment and structural problems. While with PSEG he actively worked on the development of the companies PdM program and was actively involved in the IST program. He began his rotating machinery career with Bently Nevada Corporation in 1977 in Houston, Texas and transferred to their Philadelphia office in 1981, where he became the Northeast Regional Manager for Mechanical Engineering Services. He has an AAS in Product and Machine Design from the State University of New York at Alfred. He is the Executive Vice-President (Elect) for the Board of Directors of the Vibration Institute, is actively involved in the Institutes certification committee, and is certified Vibration Analyst Category IV.

Our company history begins in 1999 when Bill Pryor, current PdMS President and Technical Director, formed his vibration analysis company. In 2001 he merged with a company focused on alignment and vibration analyis, and in 2008 PdMS was formed as a services division of the company. In October 2013, PdMS was incorporated in the State of Pennsylvania, and subsequently purchased by Bill Pryor and Amy Wynn as co-owners. PdMS has provided vibration analysis and related services, with Mr. Pryor at the helm, for more than 15 years.
Our Vibration Analysts, Test Engineers, and Technicians are all Vibration Institute certified Category I – IV. Our employees work at PdMS because they believe in the services we provide to our clients and the manner in which we conduct ourselves. We strongly believe in a team approach between PdMS and our Clients and choose specific project members based on experience, expertise, and most importantly, attitude.
Chuck comes to PdMS with 35 years of experience working exclusively on large steam turbine generator outages. His expertise lies in planning, scheduling and executing turbine generator dismantle inspections and startup. Most recently, Chuck provided consulting and oversight for dismantle inspection at large utility companies such as PSEG, Luminant and Covanta. Throughout his career, Chuck has honed his strong alignment, data acquisition and evaluation skills to assist clients in managing outages. Chuck is a graduate of the College of New Jersey with a major in Industrial Arts.

Mark's utility experience includes 23 years nuclear and 7 years fossil. He has engineering expertise in main turbine and generator mechanical, turbine/generator auxiliary systems, and diverse balance-of-plant mechanical equipment. Specialized experience in main turbine/generator major centerline overhaul outages. Experience extends to both combustion and steam turbine technologies of primary manufacturers. Expertise also includes troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair of rotating equipment. Extensive balance-of-plant engineering knowledge supporting critical equipment such as; boiler feed pumps, circulating water/service water/condensate pumps, ASME Code applications, turbine valves, EHC/auto stop systems, and various heat exchangers. Mark received his New Jersey Institute of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering. Mark is a Private Pilot and Mentor in local aviation program for high school and college students. He also enjoys coaching for the Babe Ruth Baseball.

Roy is a Senior Test Engineer for PdMS, Inc. His expertise includes mechanical engineering, vibration specialist, industrial motor specialist, and using vibration and other measurements to describe machine behavior and condition. As a Category III Certified Vibration Analyst, he interprets data to derive information the client needs to maintain and improve productivity through reliable machines and better performance. Roy is a Professional Engineer and received his BS Engineering Science and Mechanics from North Carolina State University. Hi specialties include structure and machine vibrations, foundation and floor motion in buildings, electric 3-phase motor test performance and efficiency measurements.

Amy has more than 20 years of experience in various sales and marketing roles. Most recently she worked for an international company marketing late phase clinical research and related services, including patient registries, pharmacovigilance, risk assessment and epidemiology services. Prior to that she worked at an industry non-profit organization focused on continuing education and a pharmaceutical services company offering interactive voice response systems. Ms. Wynn started her career in the steel industry, first at a thermocouple manufacturing facility and then for a multi-national furnace engineering firm that designed and built steel processing furnaces. She joined Predictive Maintenance Solutions in 2013 in the Business Development department and became co-owner in 2014. She is currently a Certified Category I Vibration Analyst through the Vibration Institute and continues her studies toward a Category II certification. She received her BS in Quantitative Business Analysis from Pennsylvania State University. Amy is an avid platform tennis player and is currently working on lowering her golf handicap.
